I was wondering if anybody could shed light onto the age of these belts. The top belt was bought in 2015, and the bottom belt I'm not sure how old it is but the bag is correct as is the rest of the marking on it.

I'm curious as to the age differences between these belt buckles. Not sure why you're bringing up bags....
Not saying this is the same in the OP case, but I remember when I first started my Hermes journey, and I purchased a H belt buckle on ebay (yes im stupid). It was stupid fake and had a different marking from the one I purchased from the actual boutique. Everything else looked similar, except for the engraving.
I thought that was what you meant
