It's Tod's from their Fall 08 Collection. It looks like the the Pashmy, though without seeing the side detail, I can't tell for sure. But definitely Tod's.

The scarf looks like any pashmina to me. It's very large and it's hard to get the huge pashminas in England unless you pay an awful lot.
