  1. Just had text from Parcel Force to tell me they are delivering from Selfridges today. I really do not know WTH is going on. And woryingly, neither does Selfridges.
    That is an excellent idea - I will first email, telling them I'll be opening an official complaint. And I will then call.
    ETA - sent it.

  3. Well that did the trick! Refund has now been processed, I have email confirmation and a ref number, and the money is going direct to my bank account (as opposed to PP) within the next few days.

    I am so glad it's finally resolved.
