I had purchased a beautiful Guccissima leather purse and the new one the SA got me felt stiffer than the floor model. She told me not to worry and it will soften with time. Please tell me she's right! Anyone else have had this problem? Anything I can do to soften it faster? Thx!

Mine didn't change at all in 2 years. It is the Sukey Guccissima leather and is still very firm. To me it didn't soften at all. But i still love it.
I have 2 Guccissima purses (as in purse not bag) so far the same as always but I should also say that leather is a natural product and is impossible to make absolutely uniform. Maybe ask if you can swap your for the floor model if you like it better. Don't do anything to the leather without advice (ask experts like Docride or Indiaink)
