Gucci Wallet Peeling

So my partner’s wallet just started peeling (it’s about 2-3 yrs old) outer coating started peeling. Is there a way to fix it? Should I go into the Gucci store?

Sorry but that’s wear and tear and happens to most wallets (especially if it’s carried/used everyday. I doubt that it can be fixed by Gucci.

See what Gucci says. If they can’t fix, you can try Rago brothers. They have a mail in service, and also can quote for free if you send photos. A lot of high end designers use Rago anyway for their repairs. Good luck.

I figured as much since he does use it daily. The friction from keeping it in his back pocket definitely did not help. I also own a 3yr old Gucci wallet that still looks pristine, but I keep that one in my purse.

Yeah, men’s wallets get beaten up. Doesn’t matter if it’s coated canvas or other tougher leathers... eventually it will wear and while still usable, will look creased and used.
