Im travelling from Norway to Bangkok soon and I really want to buy the Gucci Dionysus small bag. Since Norway has pretty strict custom laws, we have to pay a charge of 25% for values over 600 dollars, otherwise we can risk losing what we bought as well as pay a huge fee for that. I dont wanna risk losing the purse or paying a fee so I had two questions:
1. Does Gucci in Bangkok (I guess they have it at the mall Siam Paragon), operates with VAT free refund and how can you get it back?
2. Is the retail price the same in Bangkok as it is online?
