Gucci tennis 1977 sneakers???

I’m considering the gucci tennis 1977 sneakers in the original GG canvas version and would like to know how comfortable they are? Also are they true to size?

Bit flat (as in no support) but very cute. I wish they wear actually tennis shoes (as in made to play tennis in) then I'd buy them.

I have the blue version with the large GG monogram pattern. They are not true to size; they run a bit large, you need to go down half a size. They are surprisingly comfortable for a Converse-type shoe, even though they are in fact quite flat. I've been wearing them quite a lot this summer and I do love them.

do the tennis 1977 stretch with wear? I imagine with the thick rubber sole that there won’t be much give.

No soles 'give' only uppers and on the canvas or linen variations, not much there either
