Gucci Store exchange policy

Hello I purchased a Gucci leather purse in the Gucci store in Florence Italy last week and now I’m home and think I want to exchange it for the same bag but different colour. Any idea if I can do this? I’m in the Toronto Canada area. Thanks!

I’m not 100% sure but my friend bought a bag in Italy and they issued a return for her here (Toronto also). It doesn’t hurt to call a store and ask
