Hi! First time posting a thread here :) I would love your opinion on this slight issue I'm having with my new Gucci princetown loafers.

I've only worn them twice, to my office job that I drive to, so the worst terrain they've seen is a parking lot. They are kept in their box when not being worn. But on the toe of just one of the shoes, a small chunk of the sole is like coming off a little. Pictures below. What would you do? Just keep wearing them and hope for the best? See if a cobbler can fix them and resole/put a toe cap? Should I be upset that this only happened after wearing them twice? Any opinion at all would be appreciated. Thanks guys!

Don't be upset just take them back to Gucci at once!

Did you notice when this happened? It looks like you got caught on something.

Thanks for your answer! I don't recall getting them caught on anything or tripping , etc. Which is why I was so surprised to see that! I bought them at a department store in London when I was traveling there, not from Gucci directly

Take it back to Gucci. When and if you get a replacement consider taking it to a cobbler to put soles on them. I put new soles on all my high end shoes to ensure longevity. It does add to the overall cost of the purchase but I find its worth it.
