Hi all!
So I have an older black Gucci monogram handbag that unfortunately has become sun-faded
. I use it as my everyday bag, and despite the sun-fading it is in great condition. I know some companies like Chanel for example will re-dye/refurb bags (less than 5 years old). I am curious to know if anyone in the TPF community has sent out a Gucci bag for refurb... On the Gucci website they state:

Please forward your item with a detailed letter explaining your request along with your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
