I took my gucci wallet to Gucci store at Saks and ask for the repair. SA took all my info and took my wallet. Well i got no confirmation or info abut it. I called Saks and they said 8 weeks or so to hear back from them. Is it normal? I am worried that my precious wallet is gone somewhere....:sick:

You should have got some paperwork at the time of hand-over. Go back to ask Saks for at least a hand written note from the SA.
