I didn't know we had them :facepalm:

Do you mean the bar code reader? My (Smartphone) reader just says 'QR Code Reader'

Have you tried directly, rather than from a photo?

Meeee. Yes. Just bought my first super mini denim dionysus and everything looks perfect except im freaking out the leather feels like plastic and the qr code won't scan!! I'm trying to tell myself it's bc it's too tiny but please if anyone has an idea please reply.

On the same boat here! Purchased a Dionysus in-store last week and discovered the QR code through this thread (haha). Tried just now but my phone doesn't pick it up either. One side of the code is right on the lining so not sure if that's part of the problem :hrmm:

I bought a secondhand Ophelia medium travel duffle and scanning the QR code pulls up just the number on the tag. Is that what it’s supposed to do? Do these have Gucci tag?
