Gucci ophidia small tote - defective??? should I send it back?

Hi,
I’ve received my ophidia Friday evening and I thought it’s perfect. Unfortunately in day light I’ve noticed there is crease/wrinkle under the ribbon which irritates me, don’t think it should be like that
I intend to send it back and ask for replacement but I’m little bit scared about whole process...not big fan of returning.
What do you think guys? Any chance to deal with this crease or should I return?

Thanks guys. I returned it and received already exchanged bag (looks much better). Customer service was extremely helpful and everything went smooth but I’ll think twice before ordering something expensive online again
