Gucci International Return policy?

I bought a Gucci watch and Gucci belt bag in Germany last March 1, 2019 for my daughter. She did not like the watch and I wanted to return it, however, I am back in the U.S. now. Would the U.S. Gucci store accept it for return or an exchange?

Your best bet is to call Gucci. I believe they have a 30 day return policy; however if you were to return the watch, I know they require the label to be intact.

It's really difficult because Gucci Europe and Gucci US are different divisions ad often order very different stock ad have different policies.

It never hurts to ask, do it as soon as possible and take the receipt ad all the packaging with you. If you bought it at a airport store or even a dept store there will be less chance. It would be easier if you had a reg SA within the store and be prepared that the most they will offer is a exchange or credit.
