BTW, I think that's the travel size, fab colour. I would love that colour and smooth leather.

I already have a Gucci Catherine in Python and 3 H Bolides including Box leather in a similar colour and a travel size in brown so I'm out the game.

May we see the picture of the Catherine in Python? I’m deciding between this and the men’s version gg supreme version that says “FAKE” in it. It was debuted on the runway show but hasn’t been released. However, I am concerned about the fabric as you had mentioned in another thread. In any case this line in general is just so so beautiful.

Okay if they make that version in an upcoming season I may lose all self control! However, in terms of python this is on my wish list (I think I mentioned it to you before).

So many wonderful Gucci bags atm. The mini python versions are just beautiful day of night and I really love the silver (or gold) lizard Dionysus. The new embroidered silk Ophidia with python trim is so pretty and looking very Tom Ford-esque. I tried on a royal blue croc Sylvie 1969 - OMG . And I don't even have a Zumi yet!

Back to the 1955, I just remember I have a similar smaller suede Gucci one too from the mid-00s. The trim is horse-bit print (and inside) there's a plaque on the front instead of the 1955's horse-bit hardware. I think everyone needs to have a dome shape bag. And I need to dig out this bag.
