Gucci GG belt...

I am very worried and I hope that you can help me. I have ordered the gg belt ( brown) from Net-a- porter website.

Product is very nice, but belt has a quite strong chemical /paint smell, not a leather smell. I afraid it is not normal? Please tell me about your experience

Different leathers will give off a different scent or very little at all. If it's too unpleasant maybe ask for a replacement
