hi for those that have the Gucci disco bag if you shorten the strap does it tend to sort of flop around after a while! I noticed there is no piece at the end to hold it down thanks

Yes it flops around. I wear it on the shortest setting. I've made a little strap loop with some black string to keep my strap tidy. You can see it's an easy and neat solution: see picture in post # 43 (you should be able to zoom in) in my bags thread here:
