Hi. I don't have any overlapping on any seams and I don't have any dings in the tassel hardware. Actually I have no hardware on my tassel lol. But the overlapping is hardly noticeable. I'm sure there are many discos the same way. I never scrutinized my bag. I just enjoyed the beauty of it.

But after seeing issues I decided to look at mine and noticed I had large and small studs on my tassel. I'm assuming because my bag is different because I have the studded disco.

Yes, the piping has to start and end somewhere.

That's totally normal for any leather bag that has piped edges instead of glazed edges. Enjoy your new bag!
