Hi all,
Looking to purchase either the black leather Dionysus or the monogrammed with the black suede, I've been looking for awhile and assume there has been a price increase? could have sworn I saw it at £1650 and its now over £1700, anyway back to the original question, what are peoples thoughts on the all leather black, with the gold front not all silver? anyone have any photos? I'd really love to know how it has held up for people,
Also anyone have any photos of what fits inside? for reference I'm 5 foot and not super slim so I don't want the bag to look too big on me (I've put in a picture of me with bag as well) , I normally have either an Alma BB, Speedy 35 or Neverfull GM so I'm happy with either micro or super sized bags.

There has been a price increase - at least in UK. Not on all things and not on recently listed things but :yes:

Love the web/leather combos (I have had a brown leather/ green and red web-stripe set growing for years). As you know this is a 60 + year heritage Gucci look. And even though I occasionally mix my metals on jewellery or jewellery/bag hw, I really can't get my head around the mix metals on one bag (I thought about it on the green med Dionysus). I hope this doesn't hurt your feelings because size-wise and style this bag suits you well. The other thing is I usually like big or small bags, end of, but much prefer the D in the med.

Heyy! I just wanted to ask whether or not the green red web of the dionysus has caught any discoloration over time! Does color transfer easily onto it? Thanks! :)

Hi, I think the size looks really nice on you. I’m the same height and I own the Small size and love it. The red and green stripe are classic Gucci. I like the gold and silver combination because it’s not shiny gold or silver. They are more subtle gunmetal and brass which is easier to wear. However everyone has personal preferences about what type of hardware they like.

It seems dark enough to not have to worry, obviously new black or dark denim could be an issue but no thing's immune to that. Never had any problems from the web-stripe staining anything else and I have quite a few webstripe bags.

Is the web part of the bag ok with some water if it’s spilled onto it? I’m scared of having to take this bag into the rainy weather :(

One of mine has a web/leather reversible strap and a couple of the others have the webstripe going all the way round. The factor that can effect the most is rubbing against textured clothing. You can't really see it though.
