First of all, I'm sorry if this is way too similar with previous poster. I have the same dilemma and not sure if I can post mine on hers.

I'm looking for an everyday navy bag, since I wear lots of denim, greys and whites. I love both of these bags, and would like your opinions.
Both are fabrics, can be worn hand-held or cross body (I'm shoulder gal), pricing is about the same. Both will fit in my wardrobe, and I can't have both :P. The boston is a little bigger than the speedy.
I would need to try both this weekend.

As far as durability/service(in case of fraying/stained etc) which one is better?

Thanksmuch!!;)

I haven't had either bag, so can't really comment on durability or service, but have to say I like the look of the Gucci better...it's got more interest to it with the extra coloring and striping. And not as ubiquitous as LV.

Yes, I'm leaning toward the Boston actually... but I'm afraid if the fabric will fray overtime.. I know that LV is pre treated.. not sure about gucci..

Now, I just browsing these too... and looks like these are durable  aaah so many... which one to decide???

Go into Gucci, LV and TB and try them on. Gucci also do an all-leather version in navy with a 'quieter' web stripe if you prefer for not much more than the canvas (and no, the canvas shouldn't fray etc)
