After hunting and waiting for quite some time I got the Gucci bloom Continental Wallet in the Gucci store. I went to buy the blooms card case how ever as they also had the Long Continental Wallet I bought it. It was a new piece with the care booklet but only after reaching home I saw that the glazing had peeled off in some internal corner. I right away called the customer service and even though it was 8 PM I just went back to the store. The SA who had served me earlier had left already so she msgd me that she will ask her colleague to help me. Her colleague checked and saw what the issue was and brought 2 more pieces. Both dint have any booklet or the dummy card stuffing. I picked one after checking. She said they are not supposed to give with the card stuffing no idea how the previous SA gave me like that. I just took it and came back. Only after coming I saw that the other two card case had the booklet and all the stuffing. Should I be worried ? Is this piece returned by some one? I saw 2 wallets and both of them were like this. Am quite concerned now. Kindly let me know ur thoughts. Thanks in advance and sorry for Long post.
