In major cities with corresponding stand alone stores they usually have a resident craftsperson that can fix things (like the press stud on my calf-hair jacket that didn't stay popped). Otherwise they'll send it away.

I know that some things are done differently in the States and I'm in Europe so just ring to check.

They won't help you without a receipt because they'll want to know you bought it very recently and pref from a stand alone store. I think even if they chose to charge you it wouldn't be much

Thank you so much!! i bought the belt in a gucci store and,yes,i have the receipt and all the additional accories

Has anyone added holes between exisiting holes? Each hole is one inch apart. I need that space right in between to make it sit properly. Does anyone else have that problem?
