Gucci Belt - Additional Holes?

Will Gucci do this for a belt purchased last month? I read in older posts that Gucci will add two additional holes but when I call the number and speak to corporate client services they are no help and say no. I live in Chicago and need two more holes.

just go to a shoe repair shop - they can do it easily - mine charges $1 per hole

thank you! I went to the Gucci today and they gave me the name of a local cobbler. The only thing I am concerned about is the terrible reviews they get but I guess it should be an easy enough thing to do. Thank you

I'm amazed that Gucci won't do it for you. It goes to show, if you want something like that done, make it a condition of purchase

I know quite disappointed in the lack of service. They also told me it voids the warranty so if anything happens with the belt buckle or what not, they won’t do anything. I am going to be in London next month so wondering if anyone has any recent experience there and if so, I might just wait until I’m there
