Gucci Client Adviser who sold me the bag responded to me today. She said she will inform her managers and will get back to me. I sent photographs and my receipt. I also contacted the department store from which the purchase was made in the UK. I will give them time but I will seek a resolution quickly. I trust this is a one off issue and the bag I got is just faulty.
I have had the Gucci 1955 Horsebit shoulder bag in navy blue leather and bicolour velvet for a number of years without any issue whatsoever, so I am gobsmacked this 2 month old mini is peeling. I really love the design too. 😔😔
