GST zipper problem

Hello my fellow tpf, does anyone have any issues with the middle zipper compartment on their GST? I've noticed the zipper is really difficult to slide open & close on my rarely use GST that I got 2 yrs ago. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do?

I have a gst from 2013--- no issues with both zippers. Sorry to hear about your issues... maybe the shops can help you?

No issue with mine. Try rubbing wax paper along the teeth and see if that helps. : )

Use a candle. It works. Rub it along the teeth. It is an old fashioned remedy and the crafts person at Hermes does this as well.

Got mine in 2009 and never had any problems.

Thanks for the feedback ladies. I'll try either the wax paper or candle and see how it works. I guess I just need to use it more often.

Mine is my Monday to Friday work bag so gets plenty use. But sometimes I wish the zipper on my bag was stuck so I wouldn't have to keep getting my purse/wallet out [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

Rarely use mine, its my winter bag really so the summer it's just left. But no, I've had no issues with the zipper being stiff but i have had to change the zipper pull several times due to the gold tarnishing
