I've had my GST for a few weeks and have been schlepping it back and forth to work. It doesn't get much abuse, but it has started to sag a bit on the sides. I didn't even think about it until I started reading this thread. I'd rather use this bag than store it away. My bag's day consists of going from the house through the garage, sitting on the car seat for my 40 minute commute and then sitting on the floor under my desk. It never gets overloaded, because I simply couldn't carry it that way.
I figure, the material is leather, it is supposed to change its form. Unlike a LV, which never shows any sign of wear and tear, my new GST already looks like an old friend.
As an earlier poster stated, it fits better when it starts molding to your body.
