HI, has any-one ordered from their site from the sale that started around the 10th of this month? I placed a order, received one item, but not the other, i have emaile peter twice, and customer service, have not heard any reply, has any -one else had a problem?
I ordered 4 bags from their previous sale but none from the one that just started. You need to call them. I have recieved email replies from them but the quickest most effective way to deal with them is via phone. I just needed to return a bag and did all of it over the phone, they sent me a return slip and it was all said and done. I think emails tend to get lost or put off.
