Grrrr . . . what should I do now?

  1. I posted yesterday about how I had to return my zoe clutch for an undamaged one and how the SA at the store wouldn't expedite shipping for free, but I called customer service and they did. The woman I spoke with yesterday said she upgraded shipping to 2-3 day, so I should get the bag by Thursday.

    So I figured that by today, the package would be on its way, or at least I'd get something from Coach confirming shipment. NOPE! No email from Coach and when I track the order, it says the bag is STILL IN THE WAREHOUSE!!!!

    Now, I don't care if it doesn't come even until Friday, but I've never had an order take so long to show that it's being shipped. I don't want to be psycho purse woman, but I want to know what's going on, especially since I was told yesterday that it should be here by Thursday at the latest.

    Do I call CS again? Do I wait a few hours and see if the status changes? Am I being ridiculous? Opinions please - what would you do?
  2. I don't think your being ridiculous. I would call and CS again and find out whats going on :smile: Maybe they haven't updated the shipping staus yet. Good luck

    Call Coach CS and see what they say. Did you get the name of the woman who told you that she was going to upgrade the shipping time? If you can speak with her again, confirm it. I had ordered a wallet once and was told they were going to upgrade shipping to overnight for free. It was sent out standard. I had to call three times just to make sure what was going to happen...

    Ok, I called CS and actually spoke to the woman who helped me yesterday. She said the change was made, but since we didn't do it until after 12 yesterday, it wouldn't ship out until this afternoon. So hopefully I will receive a shipment confirmation by tomorrow morning and my bag by Thursday!

  8. Well, great news . . . After still getting the "in the warehouse" message when I tracked my package last night, I get a shipment confirmation from Coach this morning and the bag IS ON THE TRUCK FOR DELIVERY!!!!!

    I'm so excited - I even bought matching shoes (of course, now I need an outfit). I really hope this one is in better shape. I love this clutch, but if another one comes damaged, I don't know if I'll keep going through this. Darn it, why do I always want things that I can't see in person?!!

    Anyway, thanks so much for the kind words everyone. It's so nice to have people who understand this obsession!
