The prices on the booklet are so cheap ..what does it mean ,what other charges are there over it .

umamanikam, those are the estimations, look in past sales to see where prices ended up. On top of hammer price there is a buyer's premium and tax (don't know what the buyer's premium is for this auction house).

Auction catalogues often state "estimates" that are well below what they expect the final hammer price to be, in order to stimulate bidder interest. The buyer's premium is usually the biggie to watch for: the addition of 15-25% above the price, these days.
