Gris Platine vs Bleu Brume

I have a mini Kelly in Bleu brume PHW… but I’m thinking of a gris platine k25. Has anyone seen GP in person?? How would you describe the color?

Do you think the two bags are too similar, or does a collection have room for both colors? 😆

I think gris platine is gorgeous and if you have room/budget for that, you should get it! I haven't seen it yet!

They’re not too similar to me … but I’m someone who thinks that even if 2 bags are the exact same color, hardware & leather but different sizes (i.e. 20 vs 25) or same color, hardware & size but different leather & structures (i.e. both 25 but one is sellier epsom and one is retourne togo), that’s different enough.

For me, it depends on my desired end-game size of my collection…..

Small? Yes, too similar
Large? No, different enough

It's strange that I can justify having several black bags but when it comes to colours, I ask the same question as you

Having said that, the mini K and K25 have such different aesthetics and uses, so I'd still go for GP K25 if the colour attracts you. As the name suggests, I believe it's more grey than blue IRL. HTH

Haha, thanks everyone! In the end I did find them different enough to have both!! Now I'm wondering if gris pale k25 is the one that's too redundant LOL.

GP is more gray with a hint of blue. I think the color IRL is much prettier than in the picture. It’s more alive rather than just a flat pale gray lol
