I came across the brand Zolotas while at a jewelry store and saw some gorgeous estate pieces. I studied Classics in undergrad and am incredibly infatuated with the designs. A lot of the designs pertain to classical art and mythology. I believe the brand's famous pieces have rams heads, snakes and lions. I was hoping people were fans as well, and perhaps some had pieces and were willing to share pics!

Here is the website: http://www.zolotas.gr/main_en.html

I also found a few pics online from modern to estate/vintage. Some of these pieces I expect to find in a museum!

I also discovered another brand while researching Zolotas, Ilias Lalaounis. Amazing pieces as well. These are museum quality (in fact, many pieces are in museum collections) and are just breathtaking.

Hey Kohl,

Stunning pieces, also quite similiar to middle eastern/indian jewellery. P will post some pics of some I have received :)

Twistpie - beautiful!! Thank you so much for sharing! Are they 22 kt gold? The gold is so rich and vibrant, I love it!

Candice - I agree. I want everything!! The closest store to me is in NY. I need an excuse to go to NYC. . .but first I need to save up a lot of money. There are a lot of stores I want to visit when the time comes ;)

All these jewllery look STUNNING!!!!

I believe that the Lalaounis pieces are inspired by the Byzantine era rather than Ancient Greece (more round shapes, stones - not just pure gold- etc).

The Zolotas pieces are more ancient-greek looking.
