Found this site by trying to find informationa about a date stamp on an advertised as authentic Vernis Wooster.

If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. I do believe it is real, but you know how it goes.

The date stamp is located in the upper front left hand, going vertical. BA1928 is the date stamp.

I love this bag -- please someone give me some good news!!

It's real,the LV heatstamp looked similar to my Bedford ! You lucky girlgreat deal! The date code is valid too. Post a pic of you modelling it!!!!
