Great in-store experience yesterday

He is!!!!! [emoji171] I previously had a bad experience at that store, and had been going to LV at Neimans instead. But Jason has restored my faith in this location. I'm already planning my next purchase. [emoji23]

My Artsy DA is cracking...I have had it since Christmas of 2011...And it's not my everyday bag. I am planning to go to that same store this week. I hate returning anything but a bag that costs near $2000 should hold up better. I am so sad :sad:
