This is a fairly new release - maybe a month or so I believe - so I don't think anyone will be able to give opinions on longevity yet - but MK products usually hold up very well.

I saw these recently and TBH I wasn't a huge fan - a bit too glitzy. The gunmetal color was a bit less so, but there are so many better MK options out there.

They actually look nicer in pics than IRL - at least to me. I was interested in the gunmetal tote version but really didn't like it once I saw it in the store.

I totally agree with this. Honestly, If you are looking for a boston style dr. bag, there are alot better options available to you. I think the gold is over the top. Its personally hard to match with my wardrobe.

If you really have your heart set on this one, wait for a while for it to hit TJ's or Marshalls and you can pick it up at half price.

I saw this bag at Macy's this past weekend. Not a big fan of the gold color (and this is coming from someone who loves gold). the gun metal color was definitely nicer and easy on the eyes. If you are keen on it, Macy's is having a 25% off on Feb 24th. Just call them and have them hold it for you or do a charge card :)

Thank you very much for your advice. I actually saw the purse IRL, and didn't like it that much. I agree with you that the gold is too much; the gun metal is nicer, but I am not in love with both of them. Yes, the purse looks much better in the pictures.
