The cards was given half way through the party but at no particular time, so you have to be there at all times or else you will miss out. The money is handed out when you enter for "play" at the card/roulette tables, no monetary value, just for fun. Dress sharp and have fun.

I'm going to this event next week in Lisbon... Do u think if taking my 17 year old sister is problematic? (do to the gambling and such). My usual "party friend" will be in Paris during that period =/
