Hi, so in my hindsight i used a cream based leather conditioner on a grained leather shoe. well... the cream leaves a white residue/artifacts on the grain indentation/grooves, how should i go about restoring it? (removing the white residue)

I also have the liquid/milky leather conditioner.... which is the one i should be using in the first place...

that seems like a good idea...

though i was wondering; by repeated application of the liquid/milky conditioner; will the cream residue eventually goes away by itself?

hmmm... all the one i've got is a bit coarse and dirty...

might need to buy a new one... wonder if i should get a soft or a coarser one? coz if too soft, wonder if they will do the work?

will it scratch the leather i wonder? should i go really gentle or liberal when brushing it?

pardon me for the questions... thought i ask... better safe than sorry, right?

Hi, finally able to get a decent brush.
Bought a collonil horse hair shoe brush.
seems to get the job done after a good brush later.
now the grain is nice and shiny and more pronounced again.

i think there is still might be some leftover, but i can hardly see it (if any).
