Hi, I just ordered a gift for my husbands niece from tiffanys and wanted some thoughts on it. I ordered the round t & co lock watch on a silver bracelet . My thought was it wasn't an average watch and it was more useful than just a charm bracelet. What do you all think.?thanks

How sweet of you to purchase a nice Tiffany item for her graduation. I think she would be happy with whatever you get her. However, for me, the watch is more of a hybrid than I like. I like my watches to look like watches and my bracelets to just be bracelets? Kwim? If I was picking for myself, I'd want a charm bracelet alone or a nicer Tiffany item for the same price, like maybe a key necklace in rose or yellow gold?

Or if you want to get a watch, maybe Michael kors?

But that's me and her tastes might be different.

I think she will like it. The lock/watch is removable, right?
I have the older style one that I wear on my RTT bracelet and it always gets a lot of compliments.

I think it is a very sweet gift, but IMHO it is not a classic piece that she will be able to wear 10 years down the line. I have to agree with whoops on this, since after I got older, I started to like my watches to look like watches, and my bracelets to look like bracelets. I had a similar style watch from claires/target, or some place similar when I was in high school, and I really didn't miss it once it broke. I got a watch for my college graduation recently, and while I do like it, it is not a style I love, or would have picked out for myself. I would make sure to give your niece a gift receipt in case she wants to exchange the watch bracelet for something else in case she doesn't want to be impolite, and doesn't want to say anything/it isn't her style.
