I've seen posts w/recs for some SA's at the store in SF, but they were somewhat old posts and didn't have email addresses. Can someone let me know a good SA's name and email address at that store? Thanks a million!

They took days and eventually never revert back to me. No idea why and I just give up. After all, I am paying for it, I don't know why I need to work so hard. Esp in this economy.
