Hi everyone, I’m new to Goyard. I just bought a Brown and Tan Mini Anjou through Distance Sale. I just picked it up yesterday, but I didn’t pay attention to details that time. Today, I just saw a black spot like ink at the bottom of the bag (on the side of the Tan color). I tried to use warm water to spot clean, but it doesn’t come off. I did sign off for a final sale, and I know Goyard is so strict in return and exchange policy. Therefore, I want to ask if anyone has luck with exchange or return? Is it possible to exchange if it’s defect? I’m so disappointed now because I was excited for my first piece, but it came as a defective item.
