Goyard Artois PM…horrible quality and warranty

Imagine to my surprise… my sparingly used Artois PM (purchased April 30, 2022) with horribly cracked glazing from off and on use in the Summer now requires close to $300 to be fixed. I posted pics in the other Goyard Quality discussion trend.

I discovered these cracks upon close inspection around November/ Thanksgiving and finally sent it in in December after countless back & forth with Goyard customer service.

In total, I probably used the bag less than 20/25 total days in 2022 in the 7-8 months it was in my possession.

How is a brand not willing to stand behind their product like this? :sad:

Oh gosh, that’s terrible. I’m sorry. At the prices they charge, they should definitely stand by their product. Especially since it’s the Artois which is supposed to be stronger. The St. Louis I could see them blaming it on customer misuse since so many people try to use it as a work bag when it’s not intended to be. I have the Artois PM and now worried about mine holding up.
