Imagine to my surprise… my sparingly used Artois PM (purchased April 30, 2022) with horribly cracked glazing from off and on use in the Summer now requires close to $300 to be fixed. I posted pics in the other Goyard Quality discussion trend.
I discovered these cracks upon close inspection around November/ Thanksgiving and finally sent it in in December after countless back & forth with Goyard customer service.
In total, I probably used the bag less than 20/25 total days in 2022 in the 7-8 months it was in my possession.
How is a brand not willing to stand behind their product like this?
