Got some Apple leather care/conditioner

Hubby picked it up today at Burlington for me-good deal- $4.95 for an 8 ounce bottle.

anyway-I read the instructions on the bottle-but, do you guys have any tips? Any special way of using it, rubbing it in, how much, etc.? help a newbie

Oh-and it is good on any color-right?
