Tiffany's RG do lighten up over time. My RG DBTY bracelet is more yellow compared to my newer Tiffany RG pieces after years of wear.

If you take it back to Tiffany's, do they polish it up back to RG, or it stays more yellow over time?

As for the pink/rose gold, 18k appears more yellow because of the higher gold/lower copper content in the alloy.
