Got my CARTIER LOVE ring, the wider version, rose gold although in picture it shows more like yellow gold. The SA in Boutique was very helpful.

Congrats on your new love ring. I also recently purchased one in yg after dreaming about it for years.
I wore my ring out and the lady just threw the box into the bag and that was it.
I'm wondering if you received a cleaning kit and/or a travel pouch when you made your purchase?

I attach a picture here showing what the SA in Boutique gave and put in the Cartier shopping bag, together with the Ring (in box), basically she throw a few travel pouches (1 bigger, 2 same medium size), and 20 money holder/giver envelopes that for Chinese NY, it is fun to have them because they are from Cartier

No clean kit, SA told me I can bring the Ring to any Cartier store to get free cleaning service. I only knew when you buy Cartier watch you will get a clean kit with the watch but am not sure about jewelry.

You should not be worrying, I am sure if you call the SA to ask for the travel pouch, they will not have problem giving to you, especially your purchase was recent.

your SA is so gd! i went to Taipei for holiday recently and bought the love rose gold ring with pink sapphire. i was not given any travel pouch... did not know it could be given for free! i thought those are given out when we polish/service our jewellery.
when i bought my love bracelet in Singapore, i was given the cleaning kit.

Beautiful!! I am thinking about the same exact ring! Do you mind sharing what size you got and if you were debating between which finger to get?
I was initially debating between size 57 and 58, I intend to put the ring on my middle finger of left hand. I decided to go with size 58 as SA suggested.
