Yes that maybe possible not on sale yet designers give the celebs clothing. I was thinking custom made because it has a French corset look?

you can find this skirts in any "cheaper" store near you, try forever21, h&m, vero moda (they have a identical one for about 20€/30$) or topshop. can't think of any designer who would do them, maybe cavalli or dolce&gabbana?
