the best i've ever found is Kane's honey mustard dressing. it does double duty - it's good for dipping chicken, too! it actually tastes like the stuff they give you at restaurants, i've been looking for something like it for a long time! i love honey mustard.

or olive oil/balsamic vinegar

mmmhhhh, my favorite, esp with a locally-made balsamic vinegar (Stonehouse California Vinegar Imported Dark Balsamic)

also, Albertson's store brand "Essensia" balsamic vinagrette is decent (did well in SF Chronicle taste test).

I like Paul Newmans too. The balsamic vinegarette is good, but he also has one that is Thai or Sesame or something like that and it's my favorite. At least that's what we have in Canada, I'm sure you have somethig similar or better in the States.

I love Annie's Organic dressings....you can find them in most places and at Whole Foods.

Athenos--Greek Dressing, comes with feta in the dressing, so all you need are the vegetable items to make an awesome greek salad
