Oh, and in case anyone was wondering why I was mentioning NM-Troy, it's because it has one of the few in-store Hermes boutiques in the US. It's not excessively stocked, but it has everything from ties to saddles that can be ordered, and handbags of course. But the employees are Neiman-Marcus employees, not Hermes employees. And the manager is just the NM store manager.
