After 14 years -- and multiple box office hits and flops -- the 29-year-old Keanu of yore (left) and the 43-year-old version (right) that turned up in L.A. on Thursday -- look virtually unchanged. That's what happens when you never use facial expressions.

Here's gorgeous 24-year-old Christy (left) back in 1993 -- and an identically beautiful 39-year-old version (right) at a NYC event on Monday.

Looking this flawless doesn't get old.

I guess it depends on how long Morgan has had her face botoxed into complete immobility. Without facial expressions, there is little need for plastic surgery to fix the results of years of facial expressions!

I think Keanu and Christy are just good genes. They both look a little more tired around the eyes and Keanu has a bit of sag at the jawline - not a lot and not in a bad way at all. But neither has the wide-eyed look or unnaturally taut skin that are telltale signs of surgery. I think they both look great.

It's amazing how little Keanu has changed. I think Christy is beautiful no matter what age. And Morgan looks better now than she did then! But in her case, I definitely think she should credit her highly-paid plastic surgeons!

It's not that hard to look as good as you do in your twenties as you do in your thirties/forties. Like Vegas Long Legs says you need to take care of yourself.

IMO Keanu has good genes and looks better now. Christy has good genes but needs some make up to mask the tired look. MF looks better now but I wouldn't be surprised if she has a good doc!
