These have been out for a few days, but I did want to hear everyone's thought/picks/dissapointments regarding these. I've added an "***" to my picks, and who/what I think was left out.

I wish Scrubs, Arrested Development, and King of Queens would have made the list. I was torn between Earl and Everybody Hates Chris. But I choose Everybody Hates Chris because I think the acting is much better.

TWO AND A HALF MEN

Sheen's acting on Two and a Half Men is so bad and Sheen-esque I can't believe he was nominated and Jason Bateman wasn't. BOO!

I was torn between Carrell and Jason Lee. Carrell's performance is so good it makes me uneasy and enthralled at the same time. But Jason Lee's Earl warms my heart. The mustache alone should get him the win.

c. LACKAWANNA BLUES (HBO)

LOST
b. PAUL NEWMAN
EMPIRE FALLS
***c. JEREMY PIVEN
ENTOURAGE
d. RANDY QUAID
ELVIS
e. DONALD SUTHERLAND
COMMANDER IN CHIEF

Sadly, no David Cross, John C. McGinley, or GOB Bluth are on this list. BOO!

Selfishly......the only ones I really want to win are Reese Witherspoon and Joaquin Phoenix in "Walk The Line". Both of their performances were excellent and after finding out that they both did all the vocals and singing, I think they're more than worthy of the Golden Globe. =)

Joaquin Phoenix is  I haven't seen any of the movies nominated for best motion picture. And pretty much all the actresses from Desperate Housewives were nominated? Eh, I'm not as into that show as I used to be. This season is boring to me for some reason. I love Lost! I hope it wins Best Television Series.

What is up with desperate hosewives???? In my opinion its the worst show on tv! It's completely stupid that 4 out of the 5 spots for best actress are occupied by those "actress". If you ask me they are all just mediocre!

Yeah, I have a hard time believing Eva Longoria and Marcia Cross really deserved their names up there. I hope Felicity Huffman beats all their asses (again).

actually, i'm rooting for marcia cross. i think she's awesome on the show. and i'm hoping that cillian murphy will win. i haven't seen breakfast on pluto, but this man is so god damn hot i don't care even if his acting is worse than ben affleck's.

jj: i love cillian murphy. he IS damn hot. woo.

i don't get the desperate housewives noms... did all 4 of them need noms?? haha. i actually really loved the movie proof and i think gwyneth paltrow did an excellent job. i wasn't a fan of her before seeing the movie but now i realize i love her. haha. reese and joaquin should definitely win and i am completely puzzled by sjp's nom for the family stone.. i am the biggest sjp fan but that movie was just...not good. haha.

Hahhaa.. aww, Constant Gardener. I thought that movie could have been so much better, especially since Ralph Fiennes is hotttt, but yeah, that was a huge disappointment.

I haven't seen ALL this stuff - but Philip Seymour Hoffman OWNS this Globe - He WAS Capote! My favoirite sitcom is "Curb" I think Larry David is twice as funny as Seinfeld - also what's with Eva Longoria ? I don't get that at all...........Marcia Cross is great!!
I like SJP but enough already!! She and Matthew are all over the place!

I love the PSH Love - that man is one of my favorite actors. Owning Mahowny is my favorite drama.
