I had my Vernis Pomme 'D Amour cosmetic case heatstamped on the tab with a single initial. Well, I use it frequently, in and out of my bag frequently and I just noticed that parts of the gold are missing....Can that be repaired? Have any of you had that happen before? I am really bummed.

Not that I know of, but my SA told me this is normal wear and tear, which is why she always recommends to have them done colourless
Yes, has happened to me but it was expected because SA always said so. However, I've noticed that gold and silver does not come off as easily as the other colors. I've also been told there's nothing we could do (so what I've done is to try to scrape it off to make it colorless)
