Food Gluten Free Cooking...Any ideas?

Not allergic to gluten but since I took about 400 cooking classes the past two years (lol one of them was a gluten free class) I did find a good roast pork recipe. If you're interested PM me and I'll try to find it in my recipe binder.

I am allergic to wheat so I am similar to you- and dairy! I make tons of things that are gluten free all the time... we can work on some recipes! I chance many of my recipies to fit my needs

I am allergic to gluten and dairy too. I can't remember the brand of rice flour I am pretty sure its Arrowhead Mills there is an awsome apple crumb. The kids even top it off with Cool Whip.

Also, if you like lemon meringue use regular receipies, using the meringue for the bottom crust and then add the lemon.
